D Timeless Liner - Long Lasting Liquid Eyeliner

It was a long hard felt tip pen, that was hard to use. I was I thought it might be a brush but no. It was not water soluble, and it bled into my eyeball which dyed my eye and took Vaseline to remove from my eyelid. I'll never use it again I threw it away

I like the wand but I do have to check every few hours for running and smudging.

I feel so-so about this liner. It IS very black and stays on for a long time! However, it streaks and smudges like noones business! It does not stay in place! Sooo im torn! It has ups and downs! Thats why im giving it 3 stars.

Love the shape of the tip- makes for super sharp lines, a bit of a learning curve even from a lifelong liquid liner user, wipe off some product on the edge before applying- it definitely needs some dry time but it STAYS super black no fading or flaking!

It's a bit watery, so it bleeds but very long lasting.
