Most of our order ship out in about 2-3 business days.

Pre-order products
Orders containing any items marked as "PRE-ORDER" will not ship until that item is ready to ship. Other products in that same order will be held back until the pre-order item is ready to be shipped.
- Free USA shipping on orders over $150
We currently offer free shipping on domestic orders over $150,
this discount applies to USPS standard shipping exclusively,
please note your shipping method will be changed to our chosen shipping method if another option is chosen.
If the discount didn't apply automatically for some reason, please apply code: FREESHIPPING at checkout.
Some discounts might not combine with the shipping discount.

International shipping
We currently offer worlwide shipping!
To see shipping options and rates to your country simply begin the checkout process.
We do not control the shipping fees, they are calculated and set directly by the shipping companies.

Local Customs & Taxes
Please be aware that some countries may charge import taxes or custom fees for your order. We are not responsible for those fees and any fee requested by your local authorities should be payed upon receiving the package.
There has been a lot of changes to these laws lately, especially in the UK and in Europe so make sure to check what your local regulations are before placing your order.
Packages returned to us as a result of failure to pay those fees will not be eligible for refund or re-shipping. We will hold those packages for you for 30 days and resend if shipping fees are payed in that time frame.

Package delays
Please allow a few weeks for packages to arrive. If you see that the package tracking status has not been updated in a while please reach out to us through this email: support@dafnabeauty.com
Please be patient, as our only tool is filing claims with the shipping couriers, which we can only do after a certain amount of time has passed, and this process may take a while.
For international customers, contacting your local post office to locate the package might be the best solution.

Returned packages
Refunds are not issued for orders that were unable to be delivered due to insufficient or incomplete shipping addresses provided under your order. You will be required to pay an additional postage fee to have your item reshipped if an order is returned to our business due to wrong address provided, refusal to accept the order or pay local fees, or any other issue that is beyond our control.
Return policy
Due to the nature of our products- we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in case of allergies or sensitivities to any of the ingredients. Please check the ingredient list (linked on each product page) prior to purchase to ensure you do not have any sensitivities to the specified products.
If the products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us specifying the order number, the issue and attaching photos, within 7 days of receiving your order:

Most of our domestic packages are insured and therefore we will need to file a claim, please be patient as the process may take a few weeks.
Please make sure to hold on to the product, packaging and also be responsive to us or the shipping courier contact attempts to ensure your replacement. Failure to do so will result in not being able to complete your replacement.
