  We are a small and independent beauty brand.

• Cosmetics production
  Most of our products are currently produced in Israel by a highly professional laboratory approved by the Israeli ministry of health.
  Each cosmetic product and shade is developed especially for us and is made in small limited quantities.
  We are aiming to have more and more of our products produced in the USA.

• The owner
  The brand is owned by Dafna Bar-el, a professional make-up artist and hairstylist with more than 10 years of experience in the beauty industry.
  It's operated by Dafna with help from her spouse Eylonzo.

• Shipping
  We offer worlwide shipping!
  To see shipping options and rates to your country simply begin the checkout process.
  We do not control the shipping fees, they are calculated and set directly by the shipping companies. 

• Order fulfillment times
  Most of our order ship out in about 1-3 business days.
  We pack each order with love and care as you will discover shortly 💝

  Europe - Tracked	2-4 weeks - Depending on your local courier
  Rest of world - Tracked	2-7 weeks - Depending on your local courier

• Local Customs & Taxes
  Please be aware that some countries may charge import taxes or customs fees for your order. The shop is not responsible for that and any fee requested by your local authorities or couriers, should be payed upon receiving the package.
  There has been a lot of changes to these laws lately, especially in the UK and in Europe so make sure to check what your local regulations are before placing your order.
  
  
• Order trouble
  Please allow a few weeks for packages to arrive. If you see that the package tracking status has not been updated in a while please reach out to us through this email: support@dafnabeauty.com
  Please note that usually we can't do much about shipment issues besides file claims with the couriers when it's lost so contacting your local courier might be more efficient.

• Retruns & exchanges
  We do not offer returns or exchanges for cosmetic products.
  Please contact us if the product arrived broken or damaged in any way.
